A few days ago I posted a shot of a yellow magnolia that I saw in a garden centre. I didn’t have the car with me then so I went back for it today...but they’d sold out. So I bought a yellow peony instead. I think I’m missing yellow in the garden now that the daffodils have finished. And yes, it is wet, because it’s a Bank Holiday, so of course it hasn’t ruddy-well stopped raining all day!!
Love your narrative! I’ve been at work, but I had to hold the front door open for someone who was leaving in a wheelchair - it was bitterly cold & wet!
