In the space of a week the countryside around us has been enlivened by splashes of bright yellow in the patchwork of brown and green as the oil-seed rape has burst into flower. This scene attracted me because of the hints of yellow in the trees at the field border as if they responded in empathy to the blaze of colour in front of them.
this is beautiful...all the skeleton trees and waking up...great !...can't wait to see what they look like with their leaves on...thank you for a colour shot Richard... :o)
Really like how the yellow changes through the green middle ground to the blue sky - I could use this in Art class teaching the value of chromatology :-)
