@pete21 Sorry about that, however, I am very sure 9 was meant to be my number today! I'm going to spend my afternoon studying the rule of thirds. I have once again been truly humbled by my over lack of "rule" knowledge. Oh, well, everyday is a learning experience and that is why I popped onto to this site. To learn.
@cpmitchell Yeah, it depends how you define users and activity really, yeah there are over 80,000 registered users, like andy says there are a ~5 thousand actively uploading, while there are a lot more that aren't uploading but still use the site for networking etc.

There was an interview that someone did with Ross a while ago, where he listed the number of registered users, and then mentioned how many were active and how many actually finished their project. I tried to search for it, but couldn't find it. Perhaps someone else can find it.
@bb Yes, that's it! Thanks. I am surprised by the fact that only 2.5% of people complete their project. I can't imagine not finishing it, now that I am into it.

just wondering why there isn't a member directory with city and state and or country. At least then we would know who is near us and could meet up for a photo walk. I have only been here over a month, and I have seen meet ups in London. Sometime when I check someone's photos or info it doesnt say where they are from.
