This frost in the sunshine is mine as most of the last week has just been damp, grey and foggy!
My fav from my project this week was a pic of a honey bee that I posted in my Art and Scrapbooking album. It was my fav because it is so unusual to see bees at this time of year in my area!
My favourite from this week is actually todays' one because it's the first time I've used Nik with Photoshop and didn't end up tearing my hair out in frustration... turns out the problem was that I didn't have a clue what I was doing :P
The penny finally dropped today and I got a result I was happy with yaaay.
This one is my favorite because I love finding sunlight in unexpected places. It was eight degrees outside this morning, but the bright sun stretched in through the window blind to rest on the desk.
Hmmm hard to choose but think it might just be this one. I'm not usually a fan of negative space so surprised myself by a) thinking to compose this shot b) processing it in a way that highlighted the negative space and c) still loving it to bits....
This was my most satisfying photo. The work i put into it (following Joan's instructions) was amply repaid. there was much on/off with the lights, the same with live view focus. i thought i could not 'do' still life. i've tried previously but was always left feeling dis-satisfied. Now? i will 'do' more :-)

So many fantastic pictures here. I have two that I liked the most, but the coloring of the shot and his expressive eyes are the reason I like it more than the other.
I'm new and this is my first share. I am just learning to shoot on manual mode. This is my favorite of the week. I have been long intimidated to try shooting the moon, having to shoot in full manual mode and no auto focus really leaves you in full control I was very happy with how this tured out. This is a first for me and I'm excited to try again to get a full moon!
