This April I am revisiting shots I took in my first month here on 365 mainly to see how my composition and ‘auto’ skills have changed. I will try to put a hyperlink to the original photo here and if you have time you can have a quick peek.
Chichester's market was yesterday so here is the market cross instead.
This just made me lol ! I was expecting last years pic of this building on the hyperlink & got a market instead! This is the sort of thing I would do! 😂
@carole_sandford the market wasn't there!!! And its a market cross so it counts!!! @365anne we did start within days!? Do you take photos now that you would never have tried before 365?? Looking forward to your celebratory 365th Anne!!!!
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Oh yes Jackie I certainly do, things I would never have thought of doing a year ago. It has been a wonderful year on here, I have learnt so much and found people to be so friendly and happy to offer advice and help. Has really grown my skills, especially since joining get pushed!
@quietpurplehaze not quite same location, or even county in this case!!! Cheating cought out on day one, oops!!! Thank you for kind comment as could have had less foreground!
Looking at the 2 shots I would say there is a definite improvement in composition. Like @megpicatilly says, you now need to learn how to remove the bit you don't want. It is really easy if you have photoshop and I guess in other processing packages as well. Just google it and look for a demo on youtube. That's my answer to most queries!
There will be years of fun for you if you invest in Photoshop Elements. You can pick up outdated versions like 10 for about £50. The modern way is to pay monthly and "hire" it on-line. This is just like hire purchase, it gives you instant access but at an exorbitant cost.
@365anne we did start within days!? Do you take photos now that you would never have tried before 365?? Looking forward to your celebratory 365th Anne!!!!
@will_wooderson all the clocks on the cross say the same, correct time
