Went to a City Spa for a facial and some reflexology. I didn't want to ruin the tulip display, so rearranged the table.
Told the beautician I am allergic to many products. During lunch face flared up, went bright red and very hot.! Did doze through the foot massage though!
@sarah19 not p!easant @carole_sandford i was confused @wendyfrost thank you @robz@carole_sandford it should be a relaxing foot massage, an alternative Eastern, therapy. Can be diagnostic or therapeutic. If painful could indicate problems in parts of body systems ( apparently!)

Have to say I found reflexology rather painful & a bit bone crunching!
