I need to name my lego-peeps already have JayKay ( on the right) one's definitely a teenager ( as she's in a bikini top in autumn and one's a bloke who thinks he's hip - (look at that Hawaiian shirt) I'm thinking Lia-Mia and Neil
I couldn't help but have the biggest smile on my face when I saw them!! They're spectacular and make a great Legographer camera club! My buddy CJ loves their tripod, lenses and flash :)
@30pics4jackiesdiamond - Patience and balancing helps...but also mounting putty!! It's amazing!!!! You can find some at Walmart or stores like it. I'll make a post about the kind that I like to use this weekend.
It takes a bit of practice and trail & error to get the dof right. I've recently started using my wide angle lens for CJ's shots in the city and it has given me much more breathing room with a good DoF. But otherwise I just play around with a high aperture number until I get the results I'm looking for. :)
@cjphoto thank you, I did think about some BluTac!! I've realised I need large f numbers ( I seem to favour large appertures!) But me and my gang will, have fun.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond - You're welcome! It makes things a lot easier depending on where you're photographing the little guys. It can be fun to experiment and find the right apertures. For my city shots I'm using F18-22 and sometimes the background still blurs a bit more than I want but it does put more emphasis on CJ which is nice. Regardless, looks like you're on the right track. Wishing you all the best with your gang!
