Sally asked me to do a high contrast B&W
Dogwood theme this week is film noir
I added rain for the 5+2 theme (because I could!) and rain features A LOT in film noir phhotos on-line
I researched film noir and I tried using a spatula, a whisk and a metal pot stand as gobos (it's really a word) to cast a shadow - all failed. So I just set up my good old IKEA lamp in a dark room.
I put make up on, used my GHDs and removed my glasses - this made focusing very difficult when I put myself in position!!
I've softened my skin tones and played with other sliders but I still look old and miserable!
Sally I hope this is OK with the red of lipstick in the B&W for your challenge?
