The Precinct Miniaturised

@kalli66 challenged me thus "how about using the Miniature Effect or Panorama Shot modes in your cameras recording modes menu for a change "
The challenge for me has been to be able to picture how to do this and on the way out to lunch today thought the sunshine in the street might work from the top floor. So I stuck the camera out of the window pointed and clicked. The only processing has been to straighten the horizon a couple of degrees.
