Egret
I "storked" this egret to get it hunting and it flew off. With a bit of LR fiddling I think it will be ok for technique challenge.

one thing i did read is to use an iso of about 400, that way your camera will shoot at a much faster shutter speed than the 1/200 you used here, try it if you can.
