The insurance company compensated me in full (minus excess) and I have a replacement prime 50mm lens which I took for a walk along the kerbside near my house this morning. I took loads of pictures of wild and colourful flowers, but it's this that I liked the best (probably the bokeh?!!).
It would probably look better cropped square but I do like the diagonal of black in the middle and the bokeh sort of reflects the flower and gives balance.
Replaced rucksack with exactly the same model, it feels so much lighter so I wonder what else was in it that I haven't remembered??
