Helebore by 30pics4jackiesdiamond

Helebore

Last month I was challenged to use my macro extension tubes to take a series of photos until my subject was unrecognisable. At the time I couldn't complete the challenge, because my camera was in hospital!

@tdaug80 Tim, for Christmas I was given a 100mm macro lens, so I've had a play/practise with that and I did say I'd tag you when I got my camera back and did the challenge.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Nice. For me, get-pushed is more about getting inspired by new ideas and trying new techniques. The schedule and the competition are secondary. I like your results.

Nicely done Jackie. Your hellebore is such a pretty colour. I tried to grow some ages ago but they didn't survive.

@tdaug80 thank you so much, I agree it's about the inspiration and something I would never ha thought to do myself. Thanks for this challenge, I've already found my own and the lens' limitations- so a lot of learning to do to extend both. Hope you had a good Christmas?
