That's a great shot - and yes - I had terrapin - now hundreds of model turtles; I have a dog - now lots of little statues and cushions ..... I guess it makes like "easy" for family and friends!
I wonder what your kitty is thinking about? Thanks for all the friendly comments on my pics. I've spent a lot of time tonight looking at your shots, and I love reading your daily input. Such an interesting person!
So sweet... I used to have 'millions' of ceramic cats around my house. Once people find that out, you get cats for every occasion. When we moved into this townhome I found that I didn't have places to put them and I really decided I was over it. haha So someone at Goodwill got a lot of wonderful kittys. So I completely understand your photo and comment. :-)
Very cozy shot! Your pictures make me miss having cats of my own - had them my whole life growing up, but developed an allergy to them (boo!) so since graduating college, I've had to admit that owning them is a bad idea.
love the pillow! and it's true--my mom just told me that she got my boys 'golden retriever' socks for christmas! (:
and this is such a sweet picture of your kitty. he looks so sweet and deep in thought.
fab shot! i really love it. do you ever wonder if cats or dogs know how much we love them? :)) re: your question on my photo, this is the kind of game called "sling shot", they put up bunch of hay rolls as target in different distance and you use little corn or gourds as "bullet" to shoot, it's like those toys boys like to play when they are little only this is a bigger version of it. i have to say, it was A LOT OF FUN! :)) chloe didn't have enough strenght so her daddy was helping her, that was what you saw in the picture :))
Re: Mental health is a topic very, very close to my heart. I have had a lot of experience of it myself and I know many friends with issues. When I'm with other people and they're making jokes about it or saying how 'weird' it is or whatever, it just annoys me!!! But I never want to say anything xD
@mama ...in a housefull of cats (3 inisde & 2 feral that have adopted me) I know they have my number! And they still enjoy the pleasures of being worshipped!
Louise..I thank you with all my heart for it's nice to know that you and our friends hear on 365 have so much sympathy and good wishes. I know I will miss my sister terribly now that we finally got a little closer in our relationship. you see we were so many years apart in age.. when I was a small child she was almost a teenager so we never much or at all played together and we unfortunately don't come from a close family..and then we lived way too far away from each other...well here I'm prattling on and all I had intented is to thank you for your kind words. so thank you very very much Louise.
what a sweet kitty photo! Loved the musical selection and slideshow of course. When I saw that you had posted a video, I was certain it would be Nora the Piano Cat. Have you seen her? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeoT66v4EHg&feature=related
She's amazing, but if you're short on time, she doesn't play until about 1 minute and 10 seconds in if you want to forward it. :)
@ellen I loved every minute of that delightful concert! Once again I'm astounded at the creativity of some individuals! For all the obvious reasons, I saved that video to my "favorites" list on youtube!
P.S. Really diggin' your rocking chair over there. :-)
