I just made a batch of Pralines for some friends we're seeing tomorrow. I was always afraid to make them as the timing and temperature are crucial, but with Ken's assistance, I've had consistently good luck. And how many recipes turn into something that tasty in 10 minutes?!
This looks delicious!!!!! Happy easter to you too! Hope you're well and happy, I must admit i haven't spent much time on 365 lately, just a quick uploading and then on with being busy. I'll try to make some time this easter weekend (we get the monday off too)
Happy Easter to you, my friend! I see that I've got some catching up tod do with you (along with everyone else)! These pralines look delicious and the composition of the shot with the recipe for background is *perfect*!
Oh boy Louise these look so yummy...Hans makes the most delicious chocolate treats for me..he melts 72% or even 80% unsweetened chocolate..when all melted he adds different kinds of nuts incl. salted peanuts, variety of dried fruits incl. my fav. cranberries. and spoones them on a large cookie sheet or plate and freezes them....just delightful. I think I gained 3 pounds over the holidays.
Louise, this is too tempting!! They look so delicious!! You have done a wonderful job! No wonder Ashley and Heather want you to bring them home-made goodies ;-)
Happy Easter to you too.
