What an amazing day! I try to explain to friends who think Nova Scotia is a cold climate that we have a lot of very warm summer days. It was so toasty that we packed everything up and headed to Bachman Beach, a secluded area with no waves...perfect for our Ashton. Unlike the local southern California beaches back home, the expanse of sand was nearly empty of people. Ashton walked along the shore and delighted in being allowed to throw rocks out into the water. The speed setting on my camera captured my grandson's intense concentration and a memorable moment.

How fun for you be able to spend time with your Grandson in Nova Scotia and record the great memory. It looks like you even caught the stone in mid air. He is really into this activity!
