Unexpected Public Art

We drove around all the island while we were in Iles de la Madeleine, and I took photos of the little houses mostly from the car window as we passed by. BUT, when I saw this, I asked to turn around so I could get some pictures! Isn't it marvelous?! I was going to post a picture of what it's used for, but I got so many good pictures for posting today, I'll let you guess and I'll let you know tomorrow...
