@aglennc Tracy is my most amazing friend...everyone here who knows how much we're away might enjoy reading this... On the day I met her, a friend of mine brought her along to our house for an art-day get together; we'd never met before. When people were leaving to go home, Tracy said that "...if we ever need someone to look after the cats when we're away, she'd love to have the job..." She had NO IDEA just how much we were away! We've had some good people take the job in the past, but as the last was phasing out, in stepped Tracy... What a God-send! I truly believe our animals think she's "The Mom" and I just drop in to visit now and then! She sent more adorable pictures tonight and said they were still there when she left this evening...
@Weezilou Great story. We took Bradley over for his two weeks of "day camp" boarding this afternoon. (no cages; he thinks it's another dog park, I'm sure!) Our son and DIL usually keep him when we're gone, but they are gone this weekend and next...... Brad would be happier with them, I'm sure, but...... We leave at 0 dark 30 in the morning -- shuttle to SD airport arriving at 3:45. (Why am I not in bed sleeping now!?) Home in two weeks for five days and then, like you, gone for the summer!
I have no trouble believing you'd be willing to throw yourself in a ditch for the sake of a photo. I still marvel that back in the winter I was out rolling around in the snow while it was -11°, thanks of course to 365 and the quest to get a frozen bubble picture.
@lyndemc I told my Chicago-daughter about the bubbles, but with an active 2 year old, she said she hadn't had time to give it a try. It is the coolest technique I've seen...I was just short of the freezing weather needed to try it!
Thanks dear Louise & Ken for you so nice comment/lines . The problem with cutting them and do an addition to a bouquet is : they stay for no long. Not a day.
Dear Louise & Ken. I just find out I`m not following you ( Anymore ?)
I don`t know how this could be happen. So sorry for it , never have had any intention to do so. I`ve repair it by now. .
( Did you see/read my replay ?)
Thanks for you visits and you so nice comments. Love them.
