With so many photos to sort through over the past days (...oh, let's be honest..."Weeks"!) there comes a day when I need to spend more time at the computer than out taking more photos. The doves and blue jays accommodated my photo needs and this will suffice... It certainly speaks to the changes in weather and season, and the birds all seem so happy that we set up a dining hall for them! "Happy Thanksgiving, little fellas"...
Well this is just fantastic. The leaves on the deck look almost to be designed for this presentation, like a royal carpet. I love how they blend into this backdrop, but don't disappear into it. Their spots and contrasts are enough to make them still float above it, and stand out. I really like this image. It's like a still-life portrait.
Always surprised by the simplicity of the subjects (in this case, the leaves and dove`s) and the beauty of the pic. The eye is the most important tool by photography. . You beautiful capture proofs it once again. Fav.
