Dylan took a late afternoon nap, so he joined us in the dining room for dinner. Playing-with-puzzles didn't captivate him as we ate, so we shared our dinner with him (though he'd had dinner earlier). He was being so good, I asked if I could give him a meringue treat... Why is it such fun to watch children enjoying their food?

This is a lovely image, and a total keeper.....love the bemused expression on your daughter's face, and the look of intense concentration on Dylan's....something you will cherish for many years to come!
@aglennc He was totally savoring that peppermint meringue! I let the boys help me make more today as it's neither very fattening nor very sugery (in moderation!)
