When I had no time for photos today, they complied to a request and this was the gift they gave me...
This was the "day of the procedure"...had an endoscopy and still, 8 hours later, I feel quite spacy (and have a wretched sore throat!) I've liked the notion of creating a sepia photo for sepia's sake, so this went right to it.
I'm just happy to have my babies back home and more arriving Saturday. Thanks for the kindness of your comments when I have little to offer in return for the present.
This is a classic, two beautiful people presented so lovingly it makes your heart ache. I'll hav to investigate and find out about your procedure. I hope all is well.
what a treasure of a photo. I love the softness of sepia. I know how you feel. I felt "complete" when I had my "babies" at home with me even if it was only for a week. Hope by tomorrow you will be feeling much brighter.
A stunning portrait Louise! The most beautiful expressions on both faces! The sepia tones are perfect! So pleased you have your family around you and even more coming at the weekend! What a wonderful time you will have surrounded by them all! Hope you get good results from your procedure. Take care relax and feel better!
A beautiful photo Louise, def one to treasure in the future. Sorry to hear you have been undergoing 'procedures'! Hope things begin to improve for you and you're back to your brightest and best.
@Cherrill Good morning m'friend! I was sitting here while the boys have breakfast. Feeling better this morning...no use complaining! Hoping the procedure yields some information about what's been bothering me! Thanks for your always kind words ♥
Sending love from beneath the woodworks... Resurfacing to let you know that I'm always here... Even if you can't see meeeee 💙
Hope you are feeling better. This photo captures warmth and love that I'm sure helps you heal. Hugs and more hugs!
@Cherrill All's well, m'friend! I have been sick with a bad cold & cough AND all the family came home! At this moment, Ken and I are n a train headed north to see youngest daughter & family...rest of the kids are driving up & we'll spend two days together. Lots of photos...hesitated to post as I'd get comments & no time (nor energy earlier on) to reply. You're so sweet to drop by to ask. I certainly hope all's well with you , too...♥
@teiko Thanks for the thoughts and love, Emilie ♥ Up-Coast with this daughter at her home and with Chicago clan as well. Trying to let the sunshine beat this cold out of me! I *will* return very soon! xo
Hi Louise,
I have been thinking about you, and dropped by here to see how you were faring....I hope you had good news following the procedure. Sorry about that nasty cold....the timing could not have been worse with all the traveling and with the family, especially the kids being around. I hope you are all having lots of fun, and that you are feeling better! Thinking of you...
A beautiful shot and your processing is lovely. I hope you're feeling much better and am sending good vibes for your results. I have to say I'm super impressed that you took this after having the procedure! Take care~
