Anything Can Happen When You Walk Out the Front Door...
Our friend, Cynthia (broad brimmed hat in the photo behind us) was directing a play this week featuring all young theater students. We weren't sure a musical without any adults would be "fabulous", but she said it was written by the man who wrote "Ragtime" and the kids, ranging 8-17 were "quite good". Her word was good enough for us, and we were not only "not disappointed" but delighted and enjoyed it immensely! It had some wonderful music! We ran into this "Haven" actor you may remember from every previous summer when he's been in Lunenburg filming http://365project.org/Weezilou/album-excess/2012-07-20 We chatted before the performance, but his wife declined to be in a photo with him saying that they are private people...but she asked for the camera to take one of all of us, saying, Lucas is a public person. His daughter wanted to be in the picture, so, respecting that privacy, I cropped the photo and altered her coloration. Also from Southern California, they love spending summers here now,too, as "Haven" (by Stephen King)* is in it's 5th year of filming. Good gig!
*This tag will be the most obtuse and probably the least theatrical for this theme...not to mention *more-than-a-little-late*!

Lucky you Louise! And just think, the best looking one you get to go home with. Sorry for all the catching up at once. since my step father passed in June, it seems life has taken off at warp speed. One of the down falls of working with family. I've taken over his job with the business as well as my own and there just aren't enough hours in my day.
