For this week's get-pushed challenge Walks @7 challenged me to "get wet and explore water more." With warming temperatures I ventured down to the North Platte River while I was in town today. There were geese everywhere! I tried and tried to get them taking off on the river, but missed the splashes every time. Did get this nice river bokeh though while this one drifted downstream.
April, this is so alive! So powerful! I don't think that missing the splashes made any deficit to the shot. The movement of the water itself does enough. It took courage to 'get wet' and not actually do so. This is right up there with all the other quality work you've done so far.
