We were at the Street Performers Festival. Because of the rain we did not see a lot of performers. However we did see a lot of umbrellas.
This little girl, her name is Devon, had just finished having her face painted. We thought she was adorable so we asked her Dad if we could take her picture. He said yes and she loves to pose for the camera as we found out.
