Driving past the CN Railyards today l spotted this item being transported. I have no idea what it is. My one brother suggested it might be a catalytic converter for use in a refiner

Charlie thinks your brother is right. There are a lot of regulations for the oil industry to clean the air. There seems to be an intake area on the left, a meter of some sort, and a lid with a pressure release on the other end. It's so big!
