The Building Next Door

A couple of days ago I posted a picture of the Canada Permanent building which currently sits vacant. Contrary to that is the McLeod Building which sits next door .
This was built between 1913-15. It also is the historic registry. However, this build is currently being used as condos and retail space on the ground floor

This is such a contrast to the Canadian Permanent building. Great photo.
