Today we were able to visit with my Mom outside of the Seniors Home she lives at. Prior to this we saw her behind a window. Today no physical barrier in our way. We did have to keep our distance but we are getting closer to the day when we will be able to get together and hug each other
How lovely is that. About 3 weeks - maybe even a bit more - I hugged my grandson for the first time after a long period when I could only see him on the computer screen and, I have to tell you, I felt so warm inside and couldn't let go of him.
So glad you are all able to start talking in person again! We just took the kids to see their grandparents in person for the first time in three months- we could have technically done it sooner, but we were trying to be cautious.
I'm sure that did a world of good for your mom even without the hug. That will come soon enough- I know you want her to be healthy so you'll be patient. Nice collage!
@janeandcharlie Yes Jane the precautions have been very important and as a result there has not been even a single covid case in this home where she lives
