I thought you would enjoy a view of the rest of the lake. The lake is named after Robert Telford.
While serving with the North West Mounted Police he claimed the land that would eventually become Leduc. He served as MLA for Leduc in 1905 and Justice of the Peace in 1911. He established a stopping point for the stagecoach that ran between Edmonton and Calgary prior to the railway being established
