No toilet dramas today thank goodness. Spent the morning walking along the promenade past the very scenic beach huts – up to local landmark Bateman’s Tower where I had a toasted teacake and tea. And boy was it windy – the windiest wind I’ve walked through for a while – had to tie my scarf around my head to stop myself from getting sore ears, so I looked a bit like a mad woman with my hair sticking up madly from around the scarf.
Got back to the yacht club to meet Dave just in time, as an incredibly heavy, squally shower suddenly unleashed itself. Had a nice jacket in the yacht club before the final session of the weekend led by Polkaworks and featuring quite a few entertaining spots from guests.
Journey back was incredibly easy and after spotting what looked like giant cigarette smoke rings in the sky, we saw some planes doing aerobatics and looping the loop high above us as we drove down the A12.

Because of some personal stuff, I had to close my account down about a month ago and came back with a new account, so I'm not really new. However ..... obviously it was a bit of a wrench having to, unwillingly, close down my account and lose all my followers and followees so this is a lovely welcome back, so thanks again. And I promise I'll take a look at all your albums in the next few days or so.
