An entertaining day at work as Naomi, Judith and I exercised our brains with the daily game in my desk calendar - list words of 4 letters beginning with BA - and our bodies by doing desk exercises on the half hour. We will be a team of physical and mental perfection in no time.

After work, went up to the Women's Institute quiz so that I could rejoin (as there's a waiting list). Our seemingly fairly ineffectual team came 2nd rather remarkably.
