By Monster Chetwynd. Not familiar with this modern artist, but apparently she's a Turner Prize winner or nominee or something. And she keeps changing her name.
Anyway, I quite liked her slugs - and the slime trail down the side of the building - very festive in a festery kind of way. Colleagues felt it just didn't work on this lovely classical building. I didn't agree.
