We were so tired today that all we could manage was a walk in the botanical gardens. We heard music playing on the green and headed towards that. It was a band playing country/folk music to loads of happy families. We enjoyed just chilling out and relaxing. Sorry there's no pictures of the band, but the gardens were very pleasant.
It looks just what you needed after a long long flight......those gardens are so English looking too......hope you haven't found too much devastation in Christchurch!
