This pigeon like the rest of us, was obviously fed up with the rain & being wet & cold! He is puffed up against the cold, & his head is kind of sunken into his shoulders ( do birds have shoulders?) & he was sheltering under the canopy of leaves on the tree! Like me, he obviously doesn’t like to be wet & cold!
