That is the name of this sculpture which arrived in 2002. Not particularly popular with the locals at the time, but I think they’ve got used to it now! Taken after Phil’s appointment so it nearly 5pm & almost dark & the sculpture itself wasn’t particularly well lit. So this has extensively faffed in Snapseed & I quite like it.
