My wife and I celebrating our 25th anniversary in July.
May 5th of this year - my daughter graduated from college - a milestone because we weren't sure she was going to finish at one point in the past, but that's behind her now. I love the joy in this shot.
This one didn't get a lot of action but I think it's my favourite photo I have ever taken. The timing is so perfect and their personalities are so clear.
This one I took this time last year and it always sticks in my head as one of my top 3 (sure that has something to do with the sunscreen song) It makes me feel free and reminds me to do the right things
And this one because I just felt so so lucky to have been able to take it! It was in a 'butterfly cafe' in Costa Rica and I just happened to be looking at a row of motionless unborn catalysts (sorry, i don't know the technical term!) pinned along one wall when one of them started to struggle free... and a minute or two later this happened
There is a series of 3, this is the middle one :)

And this
I can't join in as I can't choose just two which I suppose is a good thing!?!

I flipped for extra effect:
SERENITY NOW
AT WATERS EDGE
After all this time, the 11th photo I ever posted on here, back in 2010, is still one of my top two personal favorites :)

This one is really bad quality- taken with an old phone.. but it means too much for it not to be a favorite.
This was my first time trying swapping lenses on my dSLR, and using full manual focus...
Interestingly, neither of the two pictures I picked got many views or comments from my followers. Is my judgement way out here?!
My other daughter Léa
This one I do like a lot too. Just by using one lightbulb.
At first I was sure this squirrel was fake:
I got two frames of the action this evening:
