Its the first Browse & Pick of 2013. For all the newbies, this is your chance to have a bit of fun and look through someone else's work and post a shot that you like.
Browse the project of the poster ahead of you and post one image you think is a must see or something that speaks to you or one that makes you wonder why you didn't think of that, etc.
How to post : go to the very last person on the page and click on their name. Then click on their photos to choose a photo you like. When you find that photo, scroll down to where you you see the "Share" box and copy the link in that box. Then go back to B&P and paste it in the comment box and you're done!
Post a final comment saying ***This thread is closed*** before starting a new thread.
The last person to post was@guaranteed so here one of theirs:
This is actually their latest post but I loved it as soon as I saw it, great tones and a fav for me too!
@egad Thank you so much.....I think this photo has been chosen twice in browse and pick, and yet it didn't get much notice when I posted it! I really like it too.
Choose this because of the excitement at the learning curve... so cool when we learn something new, right? And I love the shot of the girl, who looks so tired and yes, a bit grumpy.
@mmartin I'm posting your crown shot one because its great and two because I spent a long time tonight trying to get one myself! So I share your obsession. One lesson I learned was to do this during the day in natural light. So, I'm going to try again tomorrow. Great job!
You have to pick fast and post or else the "previous person" has suddenly changed! The good news is that I got to browse through more than one person's photos, and that was fun. I chose this one because it captures a "moment" so well, and because I love (and live in) libraries, and children are endearing subjects. btw, this photo qualifies for today's and tomorrow's ONS3!
@jyokota Oh thanks! Didn't know about the ONS. My mom's a librarian, and I worked at my college library.. so it's safe to say we pretty much live in libraries, too lol
