What's your favourite photo over the past week, between 1 and 7 October?

these birds are quite tricky to shoot, they move nervously and rarely sit still. They are very inquisitive and they do take a cool shot with the right light. Got this guy in a lovely pose, with a nice flash of sunshine.
I know the community doesn't like my knitting shots, and that's cool, but this one is my favorite for the week... not only because it's coming out beautifully but because of the message too.

My favorite because it’s not often you see not just one, but two bald eagles land in a soccer field in the middle of rush hour near a busy suburban road. I’m still excited about it!
remarkably, it's of a selfie which i'd rarely say is a fave... this one just came out well... with the help of some processing, as well... from Oct 2...
I'm fairly new to the 365 project so I'm not sure how often this is done.....for some reason I've really enjoyed the "Your Favorite Photo" posts this week :-) I like this place in general.
