Just a few reels of the bright ribbons (purple) that my friend Julia uses to decorate the gallons she makes up for customers to the 'Card Collection' in Teddington.
Each balloon is inflated with Helium and decorated with a number of coloured ribbons and then finished off with a coloured weight to prevent the balloon disappearing into the sky (or hitting the ceiling!).
