22nd April 2015

Our first full day in Sicily and we all went to Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla. This is Ragusa Ibla - the old part of the town which was destroyed and rebuilt in the 15th century after a horrendous earthquake.

It is built high on a hill and there is very little traffic but it has an incredible number of steps up and down to access it. My favourite part was the gardens at the very end of Ragusa Ibla which were shaded and full of stunning spring blossoms.
Magnificent capture Emma, such lovely pov and perfect framing by the blossoms, fav.
