My second run by the sea and it was a bit damp first thing. I enjoyed the second of my birthday presents with a trio of treatments at the Alveston spa - a back massage and exfoliation and a mini pedicure, my feet look so pretty!
In the afternoon walked in the direction of Mousehole but not all the way as Colin’s knee is still quite bad after our steep hike down in the Picos de Europa in May.
We did some beach combing in Newlyn and found some lovely sea glass and china for Mum’s art. These are two of the resident swans that enjoy both the free and salt water of the area with the Stelissa trawler in dry dock behind.
