The light was shining so beautifully through this 'maple seed helicopter' (sorry - don't know the real name for it) that I just had to catch it. Light makes everything so beautiful!
I am not sure if this qualifies as an EOTB entrant. The object of the challenge is to catch something most people would not consider to be beautiful, and find a way to capture it so that it comes across beautifully.
There is not a specific item or theme for this challenge. The only rule is that the subject you photograph has to be something that, if people were watching you photograph it, they would be wondering what has possessed you to photograph something so plain, bland, boring, ugly, etc.
I enjoy the challenges but always am wondering if this qualifies for this challenge. Anyone?
@farmreporter sorry wendy - only just saw this for some reason. i think eotb is very subjective actually, which is part of the reason why i like the challenge. in my view this definitely qualifies, perhaps on a level of being quite ordinary or mundane, something that other people might just walk past without a second thought. and you've certainly brought out the beauty. thank you for entering!
