Playing with the cell phone; a Samsung Galaxy A54. I have no idea how this camera feature compares to other, but it looks as it's time to start using this more. Is it time to give up cameras? @shutterbug49 knows more about this than I do...btw...better on black!
@granagringa Thank you. I use the iphone 14 pro. I am super happy with what it allows me to do. I think it is hard to beat for people shots, candids and even some macros. Itâs ok for landscape. It canât get close enough for good bird, animal, or sky shots. I teach iPhone photography classes in our senior community. Most of our residents select it because it is light weight and most often with them. If you have questions just ask, glad to help.
It all depends on your intentions! If you want an out of focus image with quite a lot of burnt out areas because if conveys being in front of a live band in a club, then this is fine. If you were after a sharper/er image of the musician then probably not, even if this was an accident. Having said that, to experiment and have happy accidents is how our creativity moves on. Can you repeat it? Would it be more convincing using 'a proper camera' as opposed to a phone? Only you know the answers! Don't be put of by risk taking! By the way we share the same name, except mine is the French version!!
