The honey shop. by happypat

The honey shop.

Following on from yesterdays cute little veg shop today I am posting a photo of this very sweet delicatessen shop in Hawkshead. I bought some
Cumberland Honey mustard in this shop & it's almost gone...another visit is due I think!

I have a few shots of rather pretty shops so I might do a little series.

I'm sorry this is a filler although my extra shot was taken today but I liked this better & you can bend the rules when you are in your third year!!

Three good things:
1. I have spent the day deleting about a thousand photos many of the same subject as I persevere to get a decent photo....still more to delete but I am getting there!
2. My dear old dad would have been 100 today!!
3. The new James Blunt CD in the post.
What a delightful looking shop -- again the cleanliness and the preciseness if the frontage really would attract you to shop there --a real little gem and Pat so nicely captured !!

Yes please do a series of these lovely shops. It is so depressing going into our town. A very pretty shop. I have just discovered the delights of honey and banana for breakfast!

I hope this dear wee shop gets enough custom to keep open! I used to like James Blunt - didn't know he was still around!

What a lot of effort has gone into making this shot look inviting, it has a lot of curb appeal, lovely shot.
