Grand day for a paddle.

Hot today, sitting in the sun reading my book for most of the afternoon.

Out tonight so I won't be able to comment I'm afraid, a quiet weekend so will catch up.

One good thing about Blackpool is that it's so safe for swimming and paddling. The beach has no drop to it at all, you have to walk pretty far out to get in deep.

Three good things:
1. If I feel like a paddle I have don't have far to go, only seven miles!
2. Looking forward to seeing Skylight tonight via Vue Cinema.
3. Delicious cherries.

So you are only 7 miles away from Blackpool? I wouldn't go here for a swim but nowadays all I like is a paddle. It hasn't been hot enough over this last year to even think of swimming anywhere. You have reminded me to sit in the sun and read too!
