While I was waiting for Jean to fill my Choux buns yesterday I stood in the porch out of the cold.
Looking through the glass doors I could see cleaning had been going on, mop & bucket propped up against the far wall.
A very busy day for me today. I have been for my ultra sound on my wrists this morning then middle of the afternoon will be taking the hire car back & on to Manchester airport before going on from there to Blackburn for a talk on having grandchildren in NZ.
It's been lovely having Lesley here, we shall miss her.
Three good things:
1. Only wear & tear in my wrists she says but proper report later.
2. Stocked up with sausages again.
3. Heated car seats.
I love this picture! The clean slate floors, the clean window, pictures on the wall - remember that Cartford Inn! What do they fill the buns with? And good luck with the talk - you will have no trouble!
It all looks very neat and clean. What a busy time you have, do you ever stop. You are busier than I am, although I have had my activities curtailed the last couple of days. Hopefully I will get out tomorrow.
