A couple of easy peel tangerines are my saviour every evening.
It’s a long night with no chocolate!
Three good things:
1. Will power!
2. One book almost finished, two others in the pipeline!
3. A great tribute to Dianne Oxberry tonight. To think she died two weeks after her last report when she looked so well....you could hardly believe it!
RIP Dianne.
I looked up Dianne because I am from the US. So sad; she was well-loved. Congrats on your will-power. I have been using yogurt with low sugar for my fix. Better than cake or cookies
@maggiemae@trinkaholub Thank you.....I think lots of us are eating fruit...I like yoghurt too but prefer the full day sort...not sure if that will work so well!! I had heard it was Ovarian cancer off one person but did wonder if it was pancreatic....there is lots of that about but so sad for her family, she will be missed!
Well done Pat , There little easy peelers are lovely aren't they . I have eaten the last one left in our fruit bowl just now . Chocolate does not worry me - being diabetic I only eat the occasional choc and it doesn't worry me at all ! Tragic about Dianne , she was not on our Midlands TV .
I have just Googled Dianne Oxberry - such a beautiful vibrant woman and she has done that job for so long that I imagine you all felt like you knew her.
@casablanca@loweygrace The first few days aren’t good but it can be done....not that I wouldn’t kill for a small piece of Lindt chocolate this very minute!
Love your nr. 1.
