I have been watching this beautiful wisteria coming into flower over the last few days so took a photo today.
When we were in charge of the Horticulture Marquee at our local agricultural show we used to judge this garden for the Best Garden Comp.
Slightly cooler today but still lovely weather.
Three good things:
1. The smell of lilac as I walk past some gardens.
2. Clean sheets.
3. Everyday hero’s.
Wow that is stunning.. take a bit to keep it in control.. Had both #2 as well today.. got FG to change sheets.. he didn't spend 1/2 hr ironi ng them this week though.. and a friend came and did some gardening for me.. I rewarded her with some sticky buns..
That is a terrific display and nice to see that blue sky even though it was a bit cooler. NZ lockdown has loosened a bit, allowing lots of people to return to work today but with strict conditions.
@julzmaioro I love clean sheets....I don’t iron our linen sheets as they are supposed to be a bit of a crumpled look,,,,I iron the cotton b&b ones but if course haven’t used those for a bit!
Gosh that's glorious! I passed a couple coming out of their house this week, apologetically stepping aside. I called back to them to compliment their wisteria...they beamed!
I don't think I have seen Wisteria this far north.
