Harry had to go for his eye check up today for glaucoma. A new place near Blackpool airport so we carried on to Lytham afterwards & had our lunch out courtesy of Boris.
The second time in two days so I'm doing well!
Our meal was half price plus with lots of social distancing & hand sanitizer.
Couldn’t help but be amazed at these three with all their bags!
That’s what I like to see....helping the economy...I took something back & bought nothing!
Three good things:
1. Delicious thin crispy fries!
2. An all clear again for the eye test!
3. A light healthy salad for tea!
@busylady Well we kept out of them for ages but now we just go local although today’s trip was further afield. We never go at busy times & all places we go to have been excellent at the rules of the times. I just think it’s going to be around a long time & we have to learn to live with for now. Every shop & place we went to today had sanitizer at the doorway & of course masks at all times. Tables far apart in restaurant so we do feel safe as we can.
We are abiding by all the rules, as are our restaurants and shops. I agree about this being the way we will live for a long time. It’s doable, we can do it!
@maggiemae We don’t need to wear them in the street maggie....we put them on as we enter a shop at the same time sanitising out hands at the door. You do see some people wearing them all the time but not the majority. If it was a busy street I would wear one but I wouldn’t go anywhere busy anyway at the moment.
