Inside....the Veggie Garden

Walking past here it looks so inviting.....warm & a tempting display of fruit & veg but sadly no Covid precautions much except to only allow three in the shop....too many as it’s tiny!
We passed it by although I have been in when no one else inside occasionally.

Three good things:
1. Managed to get a walk to the village in before it rained.
2. I was able to buy some sewing needles & cotton from the hardware store so I could move the buttons on my coat...too tight! 😨
3. Christmas cards from our new neighbours.
It does look so inviting Pat.

Looks welcoming. We got wet going down the village. My knees were exposed on the scooter and my knees soaked!

Warm and cosy. Hopefully case numbers decrease with the distancing and immunisations.

Looks so inviting but I would not be going inside if there are no precautions.

I think it's wise to pass it by. Looks inviting though.

I would be inside that shop! lol
Hope your new neighbours are nice. Ours sent us a card and said thank you for making them so welcome! So nice.

@obsidian What a change Al...hooray for you & Jo....our all seem very nice although they do keep telling us what lovely trees & plants in this garden that’s a wilderness.....we will feel guilty when we do all the clearing etc!

@pamknowler @gijsje @obsidian Not even a plastic shield! 😨

@dide Well we live in hope but restrictions don’t always seem to be working very well....it comes & goes in waves! Over 130000 vaccines given up to now!

I wonder what will they usually sell. I can't imagine moving buttons on coats so they fit will catch on, rather an excuse to buy a new coat.
December 17th, 2020
@gamelee Ha ha Lee, I have already sent for two coats but they’ve gone back...I didn’t like them....two more coming tomorrow but corduroy jackets so if I like one of them them my old Barbour will have to last longer!

@happypat They will love what you do to your garden too.
The newbies have had to gut the house apparently due to issues. They have also just had a baby!! Archie is a couple of weeks old and we didn't know he existed!!! that says it all!

It does look very inviting
December 17th, 2020
@obsidian Well that’s great, after all the hassle you had with the last lot, you can rest easy & enjoy a bit of peace! Crap workmanship then too!! Says it all!

What a wonderful cosy and inviting looking little shop - what shame that they have not taken every precautions to ensure safety for their customers and themselves !

It does look so inviting

I would be nervous about this if anyone was in the shop - hang about and wait till they all leave! Britains not doing too well in the Covid tallies - they have to get it organised better.
December 17th, 2020
It does look inviting but perhaps not during Covid times.
December 17th, 2020
Very inviting - makes me want to visit!

Lovely glimpse inside this shop. I see you still have trees for sale ... we seem to have run out in our neck of the woods, so to speak! I have the funniest tree ever this year as it was all I could get!
December 18th, 2020
@jamibann How strange you would think up where you live you would have loads. There has been a big run on them this year I think...the tree is the thing.....seem to have plenty left round here. Have a lovely day today, seeing your daughter again will be wonderful!

What an appealing looking place. Glad I am not the only one who uses the term "courting." You made me smile :)
