Connie, you’re home! by happypat

Connie, you’re home!

We had Connie for a few hours today, she was very good & walked nicely on the lead some of the time!
When it gets dark though she always ready for home...she misses her mum. Jack just texted me that she been waiting at the door since I left her pretty much watching for the car to turn in...she has just arrived home now, a long day!
I just noticed you can see her inside at the door now, I took this as I was driving away.

Three good things:
1. I felt sure we would be in Tier 4 tonight & my hair is a wee bit long so was very thankful when the salon rang, they had a cancelation... I’m all tidy again just in case.
2. Still in Tier 3 so all open for now!
3. I’m cold tonight, we’ve been out a lot today & it’s been a chilly wind....have changed into my dressing gown the earliest ever but no visitors expected in these weird times!
Cute little girl!

Aw so sweet. We’ve survived in Tier 3 too, but for how long. Glad you got your hair cut - that was the thing that drove me mad in the first lockdown.

A lovely welcoming home. We will be in tier 4 from Saturday, probably because we're part of the South East. Good job we cancelled all our plans! So disappointing

That looks beautiful! I've been in Tier 4 for a week already, so I am glad you have greater freedom. Here's hoping it heads our way soon again too!

Thank you all, sorry for the mass reply but I have a sore wrist at the moment. It worsened last night, I had to take pain killers to sleep.
It’s a combination of these horrible doors we have in this place, so hard to open. I fell over yesterday, my foot caught in a bramble stem & down I went on my wrists, they bent over...I was like a ship rocking over...we had to laugh...my nose went in the mud. I dint really hurt myself but it could have aggravated the already slightly sore wrist.
Anyway it’s my typing hand....lots better this morning but I have a support on it now.
Loved all your comments & have taken note! X
