Card line up

Over forty five cards for my birthday.
Four more arrived today…..
When you’re young you usually get lots of cards then it tails off a bit midlife but when you get old you go up in the popularity stakes! 🤣🤣

I’m tired tonight as I’ve been out all day with my friend Ruth….Cathys mother in law.
An enjoyable day!

I forgot to say that I bought a denim jacket today….I ummed & ahhed but was aided & abetted by Ruth. When do you become too old for a denim jacket?
I have the receipt to take it back.

You are never too old for a denim jacket. I have one and a friend of mine is 83 and has a pair of floral Doc Martens. Anything goes these days.

It's pretty obvious that you were born in 1942 - along with me and quite a few of my friends too. These special birthdays are going on all year but toned down here due to covid. I don't know what I'll do for mine - as long as John doesn't do a surprise one - I've warned him not to do this - on penalty of great punishment!
